Original Nottingham Brewery
We have a brewer’s ten-barrel (BBL) plant consisting of five fermenters; a copper;
a mash tun; hot and cold liquor tanks, and conditioning tanks. Wholegrain barley
is milled on-site directly into the grist case.
Most of our brewery output is sold within a 25-mile radius of our Radford based brewery.
We produce a variety of beers made from the finest malt and hops sourced mainly from
the UK, and from other quality hop regions around the world. Styrian Goldings is
used in some of our beers for aroma.
As well as our regular range, we brew seasonal ales, specials, and bespoke made-to-order beers for individual pubs, pub chains, and pub companies.
Located in Nottingham, our micro-brewery can be found adjacent to the Plough Inn, Radford.
Operating a ten-barrel plant we supply numerous regular outlets primarily within a 25-mile radius of the brewery.
Our innovative beer range, including some original Nottingham Brewery recipes, is supplemented by specially commissioned ales and the occasional food product.
The name Nottingham Brewery goes as far back as 1847, when the original Nottingham Brewery operated from premises on Mansfield Road.
Several of the original Nottingham Breweries pubs are still standing today including the Plough Inn, St Peter’s Street, Radford behind which today’s Nottingham Brewery can be found.
